HVAC Field Service Apprentice Technician (HVAC)

Location: Appleton, Wisconsin, United States; field-based work at customer locations

Hourly base pay: $15.07–$45.21

What you will do

• Assist experienced service technicians with the installation and repair of environmental control systems.
• Service equipment and systems at customer locations by identifying, examining, diagnosing, and planning repairs.
• Coordinate with supervising field technicians, project managers, and customers on installation requirements, materials, and on-site work.
• Use software, hand tools, blueprints, and engineering specifications to diagnose and repair units.
• Enforce safety standards and maintain accountability for company-issued assets.

Requirements

• No industry experience required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be at least 18 years old when starting.
• Valid driver's license held for at least 12 months, with no major or frequent traffic violations in the last 3 years.
• Strong interest in learning the HVAC trade.

Nice to have

• Technical school certification, formal HVAC training, or prior HVAC experience.
