HVAC Maintenance Technician

Salary: $25–$45 per hour, based on experience

What you will do

• Diagnose and troubleshoot heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, system testing, and repairs.
• Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical documentation.
• Ensure compliance with electrical codes and safety standards.
• Work independently while collaborating with other trades and project teams.

Requirements

• Previous experience as an HVAC Technician.
• Hands-on experience diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC equipment.
• Knowledge of residential and/or commercial HVAC systems.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, safety, and quality focus.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and interpret technical documentation.
• Valid driver's license and reliable driving record.

Nice to have

• Relevant electrician or HVAC certifications or licenses.
• Experience with commercial or large-scale projects.
• Experience with preventive maintenance programs.
