What you will do

• Perform plumbing, electrical, and HVAC maintenance and repairs for commercial buildings.
• Maintain chillers, DX units, pumps, cooling towers, VAVs, and air distribution systems.
• Monitor and adjust mechanical/pneumatic equipment and energy management systems.
• Conduct routine assessments and execute day-to-day preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Repair doors, ceilings, floors, and various plumbing fixtures.
• Respond to emergency situations and ensure compliance with fire and life safety inspections (NFPA).

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience operating MEP systems in a commercial property setting.
• EPA Universal Qualification.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Relevant trade licenses such as Journeyman or Master Electrician, or Refrigeration Certificates.
• Physical ability to stoop, climb, and lift at least 50 lbs.
