Senior Technical Product Manager (Robotics)

Develops autonomous ground handling solutions that help airlines and ground service providers operate day-to-day activities at scale.

What you will do

• Define and own the Fleet Operations product strategy and roadmap across remote assistance, dispatch, and fleet management.
• Gather customer and operator feedback, prioritize product opportunities, and scope phased milestones with measurable instrumentation.
• Translate product needs into system requirements, test plans, and acceptance criteria with Systems Engineering.
• Participate in system design discussions with Infrastructure teams and align technical architecture with operational requirements.
• Partner with Program Management to track commitments, dependencies, and blockers while balancing features, technical debt, and bug fixes.
• Lead cross-functional communication with engineering, operations, senior leadership, and external customers.

Requirements

• BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of product management experience owning technically complex products end to end.
• Experience building operator-facing or operational tooling where reliability and real-time performance are essential.
• Proven ability to ship 0→1 products in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional leadership skills, including influencing without direct authority.

Nice to have

• Experience with teleoperations, remote assistance, or fleet management products.
• Strong understanding of software development, system architecture, and cloud infrastructure.
• Experience reasoning about real-time system constraints and reviewing system design documents with infrastructure teams.
• Background in autonomous vehicles, robotics, safety-critical systems, airport or airline operations, or large-scale fleet operations.
• Understanding of dispatch, routing, and resource allocation systems.
