Staff Product Manager (Robotics)

Location: Hybrid in Atlanta, New York City, or South San Francisco; Remote in Colorado, Florida, Seattle, or Toronto.

Salary: $162,000 – $202,000 (San Francisco/New York) + Equity

What you will do

• Define and own the top-level product roadmap for autonomous driving capabilities and fleet operations.
• Build measurement foundations by defining KPIs for capability, performance, and reliability.
• Partner with Systems Engineering to decompose product needs into system requirements and test plans.
• Lead and mentor a team of product managers to establish best practices for autonomy product development.
• Engage directly with airline and airport customers to translate operational needs into prioritized product investments.
• Communicate product vision and status to senior leadership, engineering, and commercial stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Management experience owning technically complex, multi-system products.
• Proven track record of shipping 0 to 1 products in fast-paced environments.
• Experience building products where safety, reliability, and real-time performance are non-negotiable.
• Demonstrated experience engaging directly with enterprise or operational customers.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional leadership skills.
• BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.

Nice to have

• MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.
• 7+ years of PM experience in autonomous vehicles, robotics, or safety-critical systems.
• 2+ years of experience leading Product Management teams.
• Experience navigating regulatory compliance for autonomous systems.
• Familiarity with airside driving environments at major global airports.
