Product Manager (AI)

Location: Remote, with the listed location options of Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada or the San Francisco Bay Area.

What you will do

• Drive product strategy and execution from customer discovery and roadmap definition through launch, adoption, and measurable business impact.
• Understand customer workflows across autonomy, robotics, computer vision, and simulation, including data collection, perception training, model evaluation, and behavior validation.
• Define product metrics such as adoption, workflow efficiency, data-generation throughput, scenario coverage, model-performance lift, platform reliability, and revenue impact.
• Translate complex technical needs and feature requests into scalable product capabilities, priorities, and actionable plans.
• Communicate roadmaps, experiments, and decisions across Product, Engineering, customers, and executives.
• Support launches through documentation, demos, sales materials, release notes, and internal training, while visiting customer sites to understand workflows and needs.

Requirements

• 3+ years of product management experience delivering platform or infrastructure products at scale, ideally with API offerings.
• Experience in a B2B enterprise environment and a working understanding of machine learning frameworks, embodied AI development, and simulation.
• Proficiency in Python.
• Experience leading product development from zero to first release and beyond, with ownership of outcomes.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, including the ability to structure ambiguous technical problems.
• Willingness to travel and sit with customers.

Nice to have

• 2+ years as a software developer, engineer, or in a related technical role.
• Degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• Experience as a Technical Program Manager, Technical Account Manager, or Customer Engineering Lead in simulation, developer tools, or autonomous systems.
• Familiarity with closed-loop simulation, scenario-based testing, or sensor-in-the-loop workflows.
