Salary: $150,000 – $180,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Define and own the product strategy and roadmap for fleet operations, including remote assistance, dispatch, and management.
• Synthesize feedback from airline/airport customers and internal operators to inform product priorities.
• Partner with Systems Engineering to translate product needs into system requirements, test plans, and acceptance criteria.
• Participate in system design discussions to ensure technical architectures align with product needs and operational realities.
• Manage the product backlog, balancing new features, technical debt, and bug fixes.
• Communicate product vision and status to senior leadership, engineering, and external customers.

Requirements

• BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of product management experience owning technically complex products end-to-end.
• Experience building operator-facing or operational tooling where reliability and real-time performance are critical.
• Proven ability to ship 0 → 1 products in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience building teleoperations, remote assistance, or fleet management products.
• Background in autonomous vehicles, robotics, or safety-critical systems.
• Strong understanding of software development, system architecture, and cloud infrastructure.
• Understanding of dispatch, routing, resource allocation systems, or airport/airline operations.
