Senior Product Manager (AI/Robotics)

Location: Hybrid role based in San Mateo, California, with a substantial on-site presence at hirify.global HQ required. Travel is required for user engagements and real-world product validation.

Annual salary: $160,000–$210,000.

What you will do

• Conduct market analysis, customer and stakeholder interviews, ethnographic studies, and user testing in clinical environments.
• Develop a deep understanding of clinical procedures and environments where the platform is used.
• Define and refine the product roadmap through needs-finding, value proposition development, and feature prioritization.
• Partner with commercial and engineering teams to translate user and business requirements into technical specifications.
• Manage development trade-offs and define success metrics across the full product development lifecycle.

Requirements

• 2 to 5+ years of product management experience or similar experience.
• Experience working with healthcare providers is preferred; experience with AI, robotics, medical imaging, or sophisticated software is relevant.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with engineers and customers and translate high-level objectives into technical outcomes.
• Strong analytical, strategic, written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently, navigate ambiguity, and operate effectively in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Willingness to maintain substantial on-site presence in San Mateo and travel for user engagements.
