What you will do

• Lead multiple complex projects within strategic programs and deliver agreed business benefits.
• Develop project plans, resource requirements, schedules, budgets, and governance frameworks.
• Manage risks, issues, changes, project controls, timelines, budgets, and quality requirements.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across R&D, manufacturing, operations, test, quality, supply chain, purchasing, and external partners.
• Monitor performance, remove delivery obstacles, and report progress to sponsors and senior stakeholders.
• Improve project management methodologies, governance, tools, and organizational best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Technology, Business, Project Management, or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience leading multiple complex projects simultaneously.
• Experience managing large-scale technical or business projects, including planning, resources, budgets, schedules, risks, issues, changes, and stakeholders.
• Experience in semiconductors, electronics, manufacturing, or high-technology industries, preferably in NPI, product development, or R&D environments.
• Experience working in international matrix organizations and managing suppliers, subcontractors, or technology partners.
• Fluent English communication skills, with strong influencing, presentation, and reporting abilities.
