Develops autonomous ground-handling vehicles for airlines and ground service providers, with deployments in real-world airport environments.

What you will do

  • Own end-to-end program delivery for the Atlanta Airport deployment from planning through launch and steady-state operations.
  • Define schedules, milestones, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder alignment routines.
  • Drive accountability across Engineering, Systems, Safety, and Operations teams and remove execution blockers.
  • Act as the primary liaison between Engineering and Operations leadership.
  • Implement governance standards including status reporting, risk escalation, and cross-functional alignment.
  • Build launch-readiness frameworks and contribute to shared TPM tooling, templates, and operating standards.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of technical program or project management experience in integrated hardware/software, systems engineering, or a related technical environment.
  • Experience owning complex, multi-stakeholder programs from planning through launch.
  • Strong technical foundation in software systems, hardware integration, systems and safety, or robotics.
  • Experience in safety-critical or high-accountability environments.
  • Strong communication skills, including presenting program status and risks to engineering leads and executives.
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or a related technical field; proficiency with Jira, Asana, or equivalent tools.

Nice to have

  • Experience in autonomous systems, robotics, aviation, or adjacent safety-critical industries.
  • Experience supporting or mentoring other TPMs as a senior contributor.
  • Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or similar iterative development methodologies.
  • Experience in field-deployed or operationally sensitive environments such as airports, manufacturing, or logistics.
  • Master’s degree or PMP/PMI certification.
