Demo Engineering Manager (AI)

Location: Bangalore, India; hybrid schedule with two days in the office and a 2–10 PM IST work window

What you will do

• Build, lead, and scale a new Demo Engineering team in Bangalore, including hiring, onboarding, 1:1s, and performance development.
• Manage the technical work queue, assign tasks, track delivery against shifting priorities, and report progress and blockers to the Director, Solutions.
• Review Salesforce demo builds and agentic AI/Scout workflows for architecture, quality, design standards, and robustness.
• Own demo organizations and environments, including upgrades, data integrity, access management, and documentation.
• Partner with Sales Engineers to scope requirements, close gaps, and create value-led demo scripts and configurations.
• Support deal-critical and overflow builds when needed and represent technical solutions during prospect calls.

Requirements

• Experience managing a team that builds or configures technical products, including hiring, coaching, and performance feedback.
• Hands-on Salesforce demo-building and admin-level configuration experience, with Salesforce certifications or direct hirify.global platform experience.
• Experience reviewing or building agentic AI, LLM-tool, or Scout-style workflows.
• Ability to independently maintain complex demo organizations and environments and uphold strong architecture and quality standards.
• Experience translating complex business requirements into demos or configurations and partnering with sales or presales teams.
• Exposure to telecom, utilities, renewables, or other infrastructure-heavy industries.
