What you will do
- Lead, mentor, and manage teams of C++ and fullstack software developers, QA professionals, and business analysts.
- Set performance objectives, conduct reviews, and support team performance and development.
- Plan, execute, and deliver software projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Define the team vision and translate department strategy into actionable plans.
- Implement Agile practices and facilitate sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Coordinate with Product Managers and technical teams to align development with business goals and quality expectations.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Java and fullstack development, with a good understanding of C++ OBE applications.
- Strong experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.
- Proven ability to lead and inspire a software development team.
- Experience working with Product Managers and cross-functional development, architecture, solutions, and QA teams.
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience ensuring software testability, stability, scalability, performance, and code quality.
