What you will do

• Lead and mentor a team of software engineers, providing guidance and technical direction.
• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of .NET software projects on time and within scope.
• Contribute to the design, coding, testing, and deployment of .NET applications.
• Provide technical expertise in .NET, React, and Azure to guide the team.
• Collaborate with product management, UX/UI design, and operations to align with business goals.
• Conduct code reviews to maintain code quality and improve processes within the engineering team.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in .NET development, including C#, ASP.NET Core, and related frameworks.
• Proficiency in frontend development using React.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Azure, including Azure DevOps, Azure Functions, and App Services.
• Proven experience in leading and managing engineering teams.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and managing projects using tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.
