What you will do
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of software engineers while providing technical direction.
- Plan and oversee the delivery of .NET-based software projects within scope, schedule, and quality targets.
- Contribute hands-on to application design, coding, testing, deployment, React frontend development, and Azure cloud integration.
- Guide implementation of robust, scalable, and secure solutions using .NET, React, and Azure.
- Collaborate with product management, UX/UI design, operations, and senior stakeholders.
- Conduct code reviews and implement process improvements to increase engineering productivity.
Requirements
- Extensive experience with .NET, C#, ASP.NET Core, and related frameworks.
- Proficiency in React and state management libraries such as Redux.
- Strong experience with Microsoft Azure, including Azure DevOps, Azure Functions, App Services, and other cloud services.
- Proven experience leading engineering teams and delivering software projects.
- Experience mentoring junior engineers and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps; a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required.
Nice to have
- Experience with microservices architecture and containerization using Docker or Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.
- Experience with Angular, Vue, Node, or other frontend and backend technologies.
- Master's degree or relevant certifications.
