Location: Remote Poland within Remote Europe; fully remote.

What you will do

• Draft, update, and implement contract templates and processes.
• Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial agreements.
• Support sales with contract negotiations, risk assessments, and strategic legal decisions.
• Assist finance with contract-related debt recovery and risk mitigation.
• Oversee compliance, privacy, regulatory matters, and internal governance across the business.
• Monitor regulatory developments, update policies, and create legal training materials and workshops.

Requirements

• Law degree and at least three years of in-house legal counsel experience.
• Experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts in English.
• Experience with contract management, compliance, and privacy matters.
• Fluent English is required.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, ownership, prioritization, and collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with U.S. law or international legal frameworks.
• Knowledge of AI-related legal and regulatory developments.
• Experience in a scale-up or technology environment.
