Legal Counsel (IT Procurement & Supplier Contracts, English)

Location: Hybrid work in Poznań, Katowice, Opole, Lublin, Warszawa, Wrocław, Kraków, or Gdańsk, Poland

What you will do

• Provide practical commercial legal support to the UK&I business on IT procurement and supplier-facing technology contracts.
• Review, draft, and negotiate NDAs, procurement, supplier, technology, partnership, alliance, and reseller agreements.
• Support software, SaaS/cloud, IT services, subcontracting, outsourcing, supply, and professional services arrangements.
• Advise procurement and business stakeholders on supplier terms, legal risks, liability, intellectual property, data protection, compliance, and termination.
• Support supplier RFPs, sourcing processes, vendor negotiations, and subcontractor negotiations.
• Coordinate approvals and contribute to template updates, knowledge sharing, and process improvements.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Law and strong academic credentials.
• Approximately 2–5 years of experience as a practising lawyer in private practice or in-house.
• At least 3 years of regular experience with IT procurement or supplier-facing technology contracts.
• Strong contract drafting, review, legal project coordination, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Understanding of liability, intellectual property, data protection, compliance, and termination matters.
• Clear professional English and readiness to collaborate across locations and time zones.
