Legal Counsel (SaaS)

Location: Must be based in the United Kingdom, preferably close to London; possibility to work remotely with flexible working hours.

hirify.global provides an AI-enabled supply chain planning platform for retailers and manufacturers, covering demand forecasting, replenishment, merchandising, pricing, promotions, operations, and production planning.

What you will do

• Draft, review, and negotiate customer, partner, and vendor commercial agreements.
• Advise EMEA and APAC business teams on legal matters in a fast-growing international software company.
• Provide guidance on SaaS-related regulatory and compliance topics, including privacy, data, and AI legislation.
• Collaborate with business functions to support practical commercial decision-making.
• Help develop the use of AI tools in legal work and organizational strategy.
• Report to the Legal Director based in Helsinki.

Requirements

• At least five years of relevant legal experience in-house or at a law firm, including commercial contracting.
• Strong understanding of technology and software regulatory and compliance matters.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, analytical, and business-oriented advisory skills.
• Fluent written and spoken English required.
• Law degree with strong academic credentials.
• Qualified solicitor or barrister in good standing in England & Wales; an equivalent qualification may be considered where relevant.

• Professional working proficiency in French or German.
