Legal Counsel (Cybersecurity)

hirify.global is a B2B SaaS scale-up developing an artificial intelligence platform that helps cybersecurity teams automate security alert investigations and make Security Operations Centers more proactive.

What you will do

• Draft, review, and negotiate MSAs, DPAs, SaaS agreements, vendor contracts, and other commercial agreements end-to-end.
• Partner with Sales and Customer Success throughout deal cycles to unblock negotiations and structure balanced contracts.
• Support pricing structures, commercial terms, and legal frameworks for go-to-market activities.
• Create contract templates, playbooks, and guidelines that improve legal-process scalability and business autonomy.
• Provide pragmatic, business-oriented advice while managing legal and commercial risk.
• Support data protection, compliance, and general corporate matters as needed.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of in-house experience in a B2B SaaS company operating in cybersecurity, data, or AI-based products.
• Strong commercial-law background and contract-negotiation experience.
• Experience with international US/EU contracts.
• Experience working closely with Sales and go-to-market teams.
• Ability to operate in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and balance risk with speed.
• Fluent French and English required.
