Manufacturing Technician III, Inspection Mechanic (Nights) (Biomanufacturing)

Location: West Chester, Ohio, USA; onsite night-shift work

Salary: $24.00–$38.00 per hour

What you will do

• Operate automated inspection equipment, labellers, monitoring equipment, and material-handling equipment.
• Perform manual visual, cosmetic, and physical inspections and maintain outgoing quality.
• Carry out preventive maintenance, minor repairs, equipment adjustments, jam removal, and troubleshooting.
• Complete line clearances, cleaning, housekeeping, batch records, GMP documentation, and required logs.
• Support 5S, Kaizen events, problem-solving, OEE data collection, and other process-improvement activities.
• Train and evaluate team members after obtaining required equipment and process certifications.

Requirements

• Must be able to work onsite in West Chester, Ohio, USA, including night shifts.
• Effective understanding, reading, writing, and communication in English is required.
• Industrial maintenance experience.
• Strong attention to detail, accurate recordkeeping, and ability to perform mathematical calculations.
• Ability to follow SOPs, cGMPs, safety procedures, and OSHA requirements.
• Work authorization sponsorship, including visa support, is not available.

Nice to have

• Pharmaceutical or cGMP-regulated manufacturing experience.
• CMMS documentation experience.
• High school, vocational school, or equivalent education.
• Production experience and knowledge of LEAN manufacturing, cGMPs, and FDA procedures.
