What you will do
- Define and own the product strategy and roadmap for the Autonomous Ground Support Equipment (AGSE) Service.
- Set direction across autonomous driving capabilities, fleet operations, and evaluation infrastructure.
- Define KPIs and develop data collection and analysis pipelines for development, verification, validation, and continuous improvement.
- Translate product needs into system requirements, test plans, and acceptance criteria for a safety-critical autonomous system.
- Lead technical trade-offs and coordinate engineering, systems, infrastructure, hardware, operations, program management, sales, and marketing stakeholders.
- Lead and mentor Product Management team members while engaging airline and airport customers on requirements, Statements of Work, and Service Level Agreements.
Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of Product Management experience owning technically complex, multi-system products end to end.
- Experience shipping products where safety, reliability, and real-time performance are critical.
- Experience launching 0-to-1 products and engaging directly with enterprise or operational customers.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing without direct authority.
Nice to have
- 7+ years of Product Management experience in autonomous vehicles, robotics, or safety-critical systems.
- 2+ years of experience leading Product Management teams.
- Experience with regulatory stakeholders, compliance requirements, verification and validation processes, and Safety or Systems Engineering teams.
- Strong understanding of software development, systems architecture, and data pipelines.
- Familiarity with airside driving environments at major global airports.
