TL;DR
Product Manager (Automotive): Owning discovery, strategy, and execution for backoffice cloud data processing solutions with an accent on customer validation, outcome-oriented roadmaps, and cross-functional product leadership. Focus on translating customer and business insights into measurable outcomes, partnering with engineering and design, and using AI tools to accelerate product discovery and delivery.
Location: Remote candidates considered with willingness to travel occasionally; preference for local candidates in the Mesa, Arizona headquarters or New York City office.

What you will do
- Own continuous customer discovery through interviews, ride-alongs, and data analysis to validate problems and solutions.
- Define product strategy, prioritize initiatives, and maintain an outcome-oriented roadmap for backoffice systems.
- Partner with technical leads, engineering, design, operations, legal, compliance, sales, and support teams throughout the product lifecycle.
- Write product briefs and acceptance criteria while clarifying problems, desired outcomes, and success measures.
- Inform pricing, positioning, launch readiness, and product decisions connected to revenue, retention, and operational efficiency.
- Use AI tools to accelerate discovery synthesis, documentation, research, prototyping, and delivery workflows.
Requirements
- 3–7 years of product management experience with a record of owning measurable outcomes.
- Experience leading customer discovery and translating qualitative and quantitative insights into product decisions.
- Ability to work in cross-functional product squads alongside engineering and design.
- Experience in regulated or complex domains such as automotive, fleet, payments, or fintech.
- Active use of AI tools in day-to-day product work.
- Strong written and verbal communication, critical thinking, and evidence-based decision-making.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of transportation, smart mobility, or road safety.
- Experience with Aha!, Azure DevOps, JIRA, or comparable product tools.
- Experience working with legal, compliance, or regulatory stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions.
