Staff Technical Product Manager (AI)

Location: Remote in the United States or Canada

What you will do

• Define product strategy and vision for major client engagements in alignment with business outcomes.
• Own product roadmaps, prioritization, delivery timelines, and product success metrics.
• Lead discovery, problem framing, workshops, and decision-making sessions with senior client stakeholders.
• Drive alignment across engineering, design, delivery, and strategy throughout complex engagements.
• Build trusted executive-level client relationships and communicate product tradeoffs and recommendations.
• Establish delivery standards, mentor PMs, and serve as a technical escalation point for product and prioritization challenges.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience with a strong consultative background.
• Experience defining product strategy, leading discovery, roadmapping, and delivery for complex digital engagements.
• Strong executive communication, client advisory, cross-functional alignment, and influencing-without-authority skills.
• Experience defining and tracking product success metrics.
• Proficiency with product tools such as Jira, Productboard, Amplitude, and Miro.
• Deep applied experience using AI tools such as Claude for product discovery, research synthesis, and documentation.

Nice to have

• Experience in consulting or professional services.
• Exposure to AI/ML product development or data platforms.
