What you will do
- Provide application production support in complex and critical environments.
- Manage incidents, problems, and changes according to ITIL frameworks.
- Troubleshoot and optimize the performance of Java-based applications.
- Implement monitoring and observability practices using modern platforms.
- Support deployments and maintenance in cloud and containerized environments.
- Collaborate with technical teams, business stakeholders, and vendors to ensure production stability, availability, and performance.
Requirements
- Strong experience with Java application servers, especially Red Hat JBoss EAP, including heap dump and thread dump analysis.
- Hands-on experience with OpenShift, Kubernetes, and cloud-based environments.
- Knowledge of Axway or Apigee API Gateway technologies and solid RHEL administration experience.
- Experience with Dynatrace, Grafana, Prometheus, Jaeger, or ELK monitoring and observability tools.
- Knowledge of GitLab, ArgoCD, Jenkins, Nexus, Ansible, and/or Terraform.
- Strong understanding of SQL Server and PostgreSQL, familiarity with Agile and Scrum, and professional proficiency in Portuguese and English.
