Financial Analyst

Location: Los Angeles, CA; onsite full-time. Hybrid and remote work will not be considered.

Salary: $70,000–$145,000 annually, plus potential stock options and benefits for full-time hires.

What you will do

• Lead KPI forecasts for spending, headcount, capital requirements, and operating expenses across assigned business groups.
• Forecast future unit costs and track progress toward cost-reduction targets with cross-functional teams.
• Build financial models and metrics for internal projects and support operational decision-making.
• Prepare capital expenditure, inventory, and cash forecasts, including analysis of scrap, obsolescence, and productivity.
• Develop tools to track monthly revenue performance and project costs.
• Analyze spending and revenue variances and present financial insights to business partners and executive management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree; business, finance, economics, or engineering is preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in accounting, finance, or a business role; internship experience qualifies.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel, applied business statistics, and financial modeling skills.
• Experience with reporting, visualization, intelligence, and analysis tools such as SQL, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Strong written and verbal presentation skills for communication across multidisciplinary teams and with executive management.
• Willingness to work extended hours and weekends as needed and to work onsite full-time in Los Angeles.
