What you will do

• Analyze Finance and Accounting processes, controls, data flows, and pain points to identify opportunities for improved efficiency, accuracy, and effectiveness.
• Research issues and contribute to process, system, and architecture solutions aligned with Finance’s strategic vision.
• Translate business needs into technology solutions while managing assigned priorities, deliverables, and timelines with Information Technology teams.
• Support project execution through data analysis and cleanup, benefit tracking, issue resolution, test planning, and user acceptance testing.
• Assist with training, adoption, and change management for new processes, tools, and capabilities.
• Build expertise in Finance’s pre- and post-Close processes and systems and collaborate across Finance, Accounting, and Investment teams.

Requirements

• 4+ years of Finance, Accounting, or relevant professional experience, preferably in investment accounting, corporate accounting, FP&A, tax, or forecasting and budgeting.
• Understanding of Finance and Accounting processes, controls, and data flows, with the ability to identify improvement opportunities and define clear requirements.
• Ability to manage projects, influence change, balance competing priorities, and collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Experience with Lean or Six Sigma process improvement methodologies.
• Experience with AI, advanced Excel, Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, or Power Query/Automate.
• Advanced degree such as an MBA or professional certification such as CPA or CFA.
