Sr. Financial Analyst

Location: Hybrid role based in Dallas, Texas, at the hirify.global office

Salary: USD 100,000–110,000 yearly, with potential bonuses and short- and long-term incentives

What you will do

• Develop and maintain complex financial models for forecasting, strategic decision-making, and capital allocation.
• Monitor critical metrics and business trends and provide updates to senior management.
• Prepare weekly reports covering operational results, forecasts, and business plans across divisions and subsidiaries.
• Support the creation and evaluation of budgets, business plans, and forecasts.
• Partner with Finance and Business Unit leaders to meet internal and external financial deadlines.
• Identify operational problems, recommend solutions, and lead or support ad hoc finance projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or an equivalent quantitative field.
• 3–6 years of experience in a finance or analytics role in a corporate environment.
• At least 1 year of experience building complex, efficient financial models.
• Strong understanding of finance, accounting, economics, and statistics.
• Expert analytical, critical-thinking, organizational, and communication skills.
• High proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and strict deadlines.
