Senior Engineer

What you will do

• Establish and evaluate equipment and construction standards for transmission, substation, and distribution systems.
• Initiate, plan, execute, and close projects by defining WBS, cost baselines, OBS structures, and comprehensive work plans.
• Manage project risks, scope, schedules, budgets, costs, communications, and changes.
• Lead teams in a matrix organization by facilitating commitment and productivity and removing obstacles.
• Manage quality and environmental processes while monitoring SPI and CPI performance indicators.
• Oversee third-party projects, construction management, and commissioning activities.

Requirements

• 10 or more years of project management experience, including 3 years on large projects.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Professional Engineer license.
• Experience evaluating and developing transmission and distribution standards.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Project Management Professional or Program Management Professional certification.
