Construction Services Manager

Location: Austin, Texas; on-site. Based in or willing to relocate to Austin, TX.

hirify.global is developing a pilot test reactor project requiring construction and site development management.

What you will do

• Lead relationships with EPC firms, construction partners, and vendors.
• Manage contract administration, change orders, claims, and disputes.
• Serve as the primary contact for site development activities on the reactor pilot project.
• Provide rapid construction scope and cost assessments and qualify vendors.
• Coordinate with engineering and project management teams on project objectives.
• Plan and control budgets, schedules, resource allocation, risks, and mitigation strategies.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in construction services, site development, or EPC project management.
• Strong understanding of building construction and site development processes.
• Proven experience managing EPC firm relationships and vendor networks.
• Experience providing reliable cost and scope estimates.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills, with the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Austin, TX, and work on-site.
