What you will do

• Manage multiple commercial electrical projects to ensure they meet the objectives of architects and owners.
• Collaborate with internal MEP/FP teams to deliver comprehensive building electrical systems.
• Drive business development by identifying prospective markets, clients, and creating action plans to secure new work.
• Communicate technical requirements and project status effectively to architects, owners, and contractors.
• Mentor junior engineers and take on leadership roles to support team growth and project success.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 7+ years of experience with complex building electrical systems in the commercial and institutional sector.
• Must be based in or be able to relocate to Nashville, TN.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills essential for team-based projects.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%.

Nice to have

• Registered Professional Engineering (PE) license.
• Proficiency with Revit.
• Experience in business development and client acquisition.
