Senior Electrical Engineer (Commercial)

Location: On-site in Nashville, Tennessee, United States. Travel under 20%; relocation assistance available.

What you will do

• Manage multiple electrical engineering projects for commercial and institutional buildings.
• Apply electrical engineering principles to building construction projects.
• Coordinate with internal MEP/FP teams to deliver projects aligned with architect and owner objectives.
• Communicate with architects, owners, contractors, and project stakeholders.
• Support Nashville office priorities, market development, and prospective client identification.
• Develop technical competency and take on increasing leadership responsibilities.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience with complex building electrical systems in the commercial and institutional sector.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Experience with Revit.
• Strong written and oral communication, planning, organization, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across simultaneous project schedules.
• Willingness to travel; a Professional Engineer license is preferred but not required.
