Associate Production Scheduler (Manufacturing)

Location: Onsite in Export, Pennsylvania, Monday–Friday; occasional presence on the manufacturing floor and minimal travel required.

What you will do

• Translate supply plans into executable, time-phased production schedules by SKU and line.
• Generate and maintain near-term process orders while considering asset availability, labor constraints, capacity, and service levels.
• Monitor schedule adherence, production attainment, and planned-versus-actual performance; report discrepancies and escalate risks.
• Collaborate with Operations, Maintenance, Planning, and Customer Service to resolve execution issues and maintain available-to-promise commitments.
• Support indirect-material purchasing, change-order processing, daily order reconciliation, annual physical inventory, and quality-system documentation.
• Participate in root-cause analysis, scenario planning, new product development, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree or equivalent experience in Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in production scheduling or manufacturing operations.
• Basic understanding of MRP systems.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to follow applicable laws, regulations, safety practices, and company policies.
• Must establish employment eligibility and successfully complete background checks and required pre-employment testing.

Nice to have

• APICS certification.
• SAP experience.
