What you will do

• Pull materials and support critical production requirements.
• Lead and coordinate material requisition activities across operations.
• Optimize material storage efficiency and support stocking strategy.
• Perform advanced ERP transactions (adjustments, transfers, reconciliation) and verify material availability.
• Conduct inventory counts to ensure warehouse accuracy and resolve shortages urgently.
• Manage returns processing (RMA, canceled jobs, discrepancies, misplaced materials) and provide operational backup across warehouse functions.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent experience).
• 4+ years of warehouse or manufacturing experience, including proven experience leading material handling processes.
• Experience with ERP/WMS systems and inventory transactions.
• Intermediate math, computer, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to obtain forklift certification.
• Ability to establish employment eligibility and complete background checks and required pre-employment testing.
