Senior Manager (FP&A)

Location: Hybrid - United States

Salary: $170,000–$195,000 annual base salary, plus equity, benefits, and an annual bonus.

What you will do

• Own top-line budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning activities.
• Build, improve, and maintain complex financial models covering revenue, ARR, backlog, net dollar retention, LTV, and CAC.
• Monitor and communicate KPIs to business leaders and the board, identifying growth risks and opportunities.
• Advise go-to-market leaders through data-driven analysis and action plans.
• Improve processes, data quality, analytics capabilities, and self-service reporting across FP&A, accounting, revenue operations, and business operations.
• Support strategic initiatives including M&A evaluations and primary and secondary capital raises.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a similar quantitative discipline.
• 8+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, accounting, FP&A, or corporate finance within a high-growth technology or VC-backed company.
• At least 3 years of people management experience, including recruiting, mentoring, and developing financial analysts.
• Extensive financial modeling experience and a record of driving process improvements.
• High proficiency with financial systems, ERP and planning/reporting tools, Excel, and AI-enabled analytics platforms.
• Strong quantitative, analytical, organizational, communication, and deadline-management skills.

Nice to have

• MBA or CPA.
• Experience with NetSuite, Salesforce, Tableau, and other AI tools.
