Strategic Finance (Healthcare Technology)

hirify.global is building a clinical agentic engine for enterprise pharmacy, helping health systems expand pharmacy operations and serve more patients compliantly without adding headcount.

What you will do

• Build and maintain financial models covering revenue, expenses, headcount, cash flow, and runway.
• Develop forecasts, scenario analyses, budgets, and monthly budget-versus-actual reporting.
• Analyze business performance, risks, opportunities, investments, hiring plans, pricing, and partnerships.
• Prepare financial materials for leadership, board meetings, and investors.
• Manage vendor onboarding, renewals, purchasing workflows, contracts, subscriptions, and spend controls.
• Coordinate invoicing, accounts payable and receivable, payment issue resolution, month-end close support, and finance process improvements.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in strategic finance, FP&A, investment banking, consulting, accounting, startup finance, or a related field.
• Strong financial modeling, analytical, organizational, and project-management skills.
• Advanced proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets.
• Ability to turn complex financial information into clear recommendations.
• Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, communication, and ownership.
• Comfort managing strategic projects and recurring operational work in a fast-changing environment.

Nice to have

• Experience at an early-stage or rapidly growing technology company.
• Familiarity with accounting, month-end close, financial statements, procurement, or spend-management systems.
• Experience supporting fundraising, investor reporting, or board preparation.
• Interest in healthcare, pharmacy operations, or health technology.
