What you will do

• Partner with Global AEs and the Global Deals team to evaluate high-stakes commercial opportunities and shape deal strategy.
• Develop and maintain complex financial models, including hirify.global P&L, projected cash flow, and amortization schedules.
• Perform no-deal and alternative scenario analysis to size financial impacts from volume migration.
• Provide executive-ready financial insights and recommendations balancing financial, strategic, and operational considerations.
• Collaborate with Legal to review and support the approval of contracts and incentive agreements.
• Build scalable deal infrastructure, including standardized models and process improvements to reduce cycle time.

Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or 6+ years with an Advanced Degree (MBA, Masters, JD).
• Expertise in financial transaction analysis, pricing, commercial finance, or investment/valuation analysis.
• Advanced Excel and modeling skills with the ability to build multi-scenario economics.
• Proven experience supporting complex, multi-stakeholder commercial negotiations and distilling analysis into executive narratives.
• Strong ability to communicate complex financial constructs to non-financial audiences.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
