What you will do

• Own the company's radiology data strategy to sustain long-term AI leadership.
• Identify and negotiate strategic data alliances with radiology practices, imaging centers, PACS vendors, and health systems.
• Develop scalable frameworks for securing data use rights and aligning them with commercial and contractual processes.
• Partner with Legal to structure data use agreements, BAAs, and alliance contracts.
• Collaborate with AI/ML and Product teams to translate data strategy into concrete requirements for model development.
• Serve as the internal and external authority on radiology data assets for senior leadership and the board.

Requirements

• Deep understanding of the radiology and imaging data landscape, including PACS/RIS ecosystems and DICOM standards.
• Proven experience negotiating complex data agreements, BAAs, and multi-party alliance contracts.
• Familiarity with AI/ML model development and real-world evidence strategies.
• Strong executive presence with experience engaging C-suite stakeholders at health systems or academic centers.
• Ability to operate in ambiguity and drive results from vision to execution.
• Must be based in the US.
