VP, Data Strategy & Alliances, Radiology

Location: Flexible remote schedule; Nashville, TN preferred. Up to 50% travel across the US and internationally.

Salary: $250,000–$280,000 annually, plus an annual discretionary bonus.

What you will do

• Develop and own the radiology data strategy, including the vision for building, accessing, and leveraging imaging data assets.
• Identify, structure, negotiate, and manage strategic data alliances with radiology practices, imaging centers, PACS vendors, health systems, academic medical centers, and other partners.
• Build scalable frameworks for securing data use rights across the partner network and align them with commercial and contractual processes.
• Evaluate third-party data providers, research networks, and data intermediaries to expand Mosaic’s data footprint.
• Partner with Legal on data use agreements, BAAs, and alliance contracts.
• Translate data strategy into AI/ML and product requirements and communicate the strategic value of radiology data assets to leadership, partners, and the board.

Requirements

• Understanding of radiology and imaging data ecosystems, including PACS, RIS, and DICOM standards.
• Experience structuring and negotiating complex data use agreements, BAAs, and multi-party alliance contracts.
• Familiarity with AI/ML model development, real-world evidence strategies, and data-driven competitive advantage.
• Executive presence and experience engaging C-suite stakeholders at health systems, academic centers, or large provider organizations.
• Ability to move from strategic vision to execution and drive results in ambiguous environments.
