Operations Director (Cybersecurity)

Location: Washington, DC, United States — Remote

Salary: $200,000–$220,000 per year

What you will do

• Define and execute a scalable operational strategy for the Global Public Sector business across U.S. Federal, Defense and Intelligence, and International Government segments.
• Build multi-year operational roadmaps and budgets aligned with growth targets.
• Establish and maintain public sector sales forecasting, KPIs, OKRs, business reviews, and accountability processes.
• Align Sales, Marketing, Channel and Partner, Solutions Engineering, Finance, Legal, HR, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams.
• Manage government contracting vehicles, procurement programs, teaming agreements, strategic partners, and international partner ecosystems.
• Oversee security and compliance operations, including the FSO, DCSA relationship, Top Secret Facilities Clearance, and participation in international government frameworks.

Requirements

• Active U.S. security clearance at Secret level or above.
• 10+ years of experience in business operations, sales operations, or program management, including at least 5 years supporting public sector markets.
• Experience building and scaling operations for a high-growth public sector technology business.
• Deep knowledge of government procurement, FAR/DFARS, GWACs, IDIQs, CRADAs, and GSA Schedules.
• Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder alignment, CRM, and BI/reporting skills; Salesforce experience is preferred.
• Experience with SaaS, cybersecurity, cloud, or data technology, plus familiarity with FedRAMP-authorized platforms and FIPS 140-2 validated environments.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting international government markets and partner ecosystems.
• Experience with frameworks such as the U.K. Government’s G-Cloud 13 procurement platform.
