📋 Description
- Partner with hiring managers to understand ERP talent needs.
- Manage full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, closing.
- Build pipelines of ERP consultants for Saudi/GCC clients.
- Use Boolean search and LinkedIn to identify top talent.
- Ensure compliance with regional hiring practices (KSA focus).
🎯 Requirements
- R recruitment experience/knowledge in IT/ERP domains (Fusion & EBS).
- Strong understanding of Oracle ERP modules (Financials, SCM, HCM, PPM).
- Experience hiring for Middle East-based clients (Saudi/GCC preferred).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, stakeholder management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment.
- Freshers welcome: MBA (HR) with excellent communication.
