Senior Data Engineer (Cybersecurity)

Location: Remote within the United States

What you will do

• Create sustainable data contracts that meet data governance requirements.
• Model complex data sources into performant analytics and manage a scalable data transformation layer.
• Collaborate with product engineering teams to deliver data solutions for customer-facing products.
• Establish shared tooling for data observability, lineage tracking, and configuration validation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of data engineering experience.
• Experience with dimensional modeling and incremental data models.
• Strong skills in data observability, data contracts, and optimizing structures for performance and scalability.
• Software development experience with Go, JVM-family languages, Python, and/or Node, using cloud-native architectures.
• Experience processing medium-to-large-scale datasets, preferably in cybersecurity or industrial data.
• Experience integrating cloud and on-premises technologies and deploying with Kubernetes and Docker; familiarity with message queuing and stream processing.

Nice to have

• Domain familiarity with cybersecurity threat detection, threat intelligence, or ICS/OT operations.
