Location: Remote within the United States
Salary: $160,000–$200,000 gross annual base salary, plus equity and benefits
Company
develops an agentic threat hunting platform that autonomously analyzes endpoint, identity, and cloud telemetry to identify malicious behaviors and generate behavior-based detections.
What you will do
- Design, build, and maintain scalable pipelines processing terabytes of security telemetry per day.
- Own API and event-stream integrations with EDR, IAM, cloud, and SaaS data sources.
- Develop transformation layers that normalize, enrich, and make disparate security data queryable.
- Build entity-correlation capabilities across events from different sources and develop search systems over large datasets.
- Collaborate with detection engineers, threat hunters, and product engineers to support agentic threat hunting workflows.
- Drive data engineering standards, observability, monitoring, automated testing, and platform architecture.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience building data pipelines for customer-facing products.
- Experience with data warehousing technologies and large-scale event streaming systems such as Kafka.
- Proficiency in Python, Java, Go, Rust, or a similar programming language.
- Experience with AWS or GCP.
- Strong systems thinking and understanding of performance, cost, and complexity trade-offs.
- Ability to work remotely from the United States.

- Experience with ClickHouse and search systems over large datasets.
- DevOps or platform engineering experience.
- Cybersecurity or startup experience.
