What you will do

• Organize project kick-off meetings and develop comprehensive execution plans.
• Perform risk assessment and control for technical agreements and sales contracts.
• Collaborate with business units and factories to achieve strategic roadmap goals on time and within budget.
• Track project progress, manage delivery documentation, and ensure timely handover.
• Manage on-site project construction, including material logistics and resource allocation.
• Ensure all activities meet corporate health, safety, and environmental standards.

Requirements

• Degree in an engineering or science discipline (Master's degree preferred).
• Over 10 years of experience in project management or engineering within global companies.
• Proven experience managing complex NPI projects involving high investments over multiple years.
• Previous supervisory or functional management experience in an engineering or manufacturing company.
• Fluency in English (speaking, reading, and writing).
• Strong negotiation and influencing skills capable of engaging with executive-level leadership.

Nice to have

• Recognized Project or Program Management certifications.
• Experience with vacuum pumps, abatement, and applications such as PVD, Etch, or CVD.
• Knowledge of procurement, supply chain, and manufacturing operation systems.
