Technical Project Manager (Semiconductor)

Salary: €52,000–€71,500 per year

What you will do

• Lead R&D projects from planning through execution, prototype development, and delivery.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, budgets, and resource plans.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across engineering, product development, operations, and other functions.
• Track progress, risks, dependencies, timelines, and performance to keep projects on schedule and within scope.
• Facilitate problem-solving, remove project obstacles, and drive accountability.
• Communicate project status to management and stakeholders while improving project management processes and governance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• At least 5 years of experience managing R&D projects in an engineering, manufacturing, or industrial technology company.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in a matrix organization and managing detailed project plans.
• Understanding of product development and prototype development processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English required.

• Experience in an engineering-driven organization.
• Knowledge of chemical processes, chemical safety requirements, and related procedures.
• Experience improving project management practices, reporting, and governance frameworks.
