What you will do

• Own product value delivery across the lifecycle, balancing cost, timing, quality, and customer needs.
• Manage team budgets, financial requirements, product quality, risks, and corrective actions.
• Translate product vision and stakeholder input into an updated, prioritized team backlog.
• Coordinate Scrum teams, development teams, specialists, and external stakeholders through planning, execution, reviews, and continuous improvement.
• Manage stakeholder engagement, communication, negotiation, conflict resolution, and risk mitigation.
• Report progress, decisions, and results to senior management through product tollgate reviews and internal governance.

Requirements

• More than 5 years of experience in project management and medium- to high-complexity system-level projects.
• Experience developing integrated solutions across equipment, packaging, digital, IT, materials, processing, service, or related value chains.
• Strong stakeholder management skills across different organizational levels.
• Practical experience with Scrum, Agile delivery, product backlogs, sprint planning, and governance processes.
• Ability to manage budgets, product quality, delivery timelines, risks, and business value.
