Case Manager

Location: On-site in Glen Allen, Virginia, USA. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 5:00 AM–1:00 PM.

Pay: $20–$23 per hour plus a bonus structure.

What you will do

• Provide individualized substance use disorder case management throughout each patient’s recovery journey.
• Orient patients to treatment services, policies, and expectations.
• Connect patients with internal and community resources through referrals and coordinated follow-up.
• Provide crisis intervention and support during critical situations.
• Assess social, educational, vocational, and recovery needs and maintain treatment plans and comprehensive records.
• Support program implementation, process improvements, caseload management, and community outreach.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a human services field.
• Ability to meet applicable federal and state certification and licensure requirements.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment with frequent computer use and alternating sitting and standing.
• Ability to work on-site and manage potential exposure to patients with substance use disorders, mental health conditions, infectious diseases, and bloodborne pathogens using PPE when required.

Nice to have

• Case management experience.
• CSAC-S or pursuit of Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor certification.
• Knowledge of addiction treatment methods and opioid maintenance treatment trends.
