What you will do

• Support the Global Total Rewards team in administering compensation programs that attract, retain, and reward talent.
• Participate in compensation surveys and conduct market pricing and benchmark analyses for executive and non-executive positions.
• Provide compensation recommendations for hires, promotions, transfers, and other employee actions.
• Support annual merit and incentive programs, including calculations, payroll coordination, plan participation, and employee communications.
• Maintain confidential compensation data in HRIS systems and prepare standard and ad hoc reports, metrics, and analyses.
• Assist with Compensation Committee materials, regulatory compliance, process improvements, and compensation-related projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in compensation, total rewards, human resources, finance, or a related analytical function.
• Experience with compensation administration, salary surveys, market pricing, incentive programs, HRIS systems, compensation databases, and reporting tools.
• Working knowledge of compensation principles, market benchmarking, and salary administration practices.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, organizational, communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills, with attention to data accuracy and confidentiality.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate with HR partners, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.

Nice to have

• Certified Compensation Professional designation or progress toward certification.
• Experience with executive compensation, equity compensation, global compensation, or incentive plans.
• Knowledge of SOX compliance requirements related to compensation processes.
• Experience with compensation management systems, HR analytics tools, or workforce reporting platforms.
• Experience supporting compensation activities in a large, complex, or multinational organization.
