Clinical Supervisor (Substance Use Disorder Treatment)

Location: On-site in Glen Allen and Staunton, Virginia. Monday–Friday, 5:00 AM–1:00 PM, split between both locations.

Salary: $70,000–$82,000 per year plus a bonus structure.

What you will do

• Provide clinical leadership, coaching, and ongoing supervision to counselors.
• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions and complete required counseling documentation.
• Develop, review, and update individualized treatment plans.
• Oversee case management, coordinated care, community-provider collaboration, and crisis response.
• Maintain accurate patient records, conduct peer chart reviews, and monitor clinical-service quality.
• Lead supervision and treatment-team meetings, deliver training, and support counselor licensure and career development.

Requirements

• LPC or LCSW license and Board Approved Supervisor status in Virginia required.
• Compliance with federal and state certification, licensure, and degree regulations.
• Knowledge of substance use disorder treatment, counseling techniques, and treatment planning.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment and handle confidential information.
• Basic computer proficiency and experience with electronic documentation.
