Salary: $85,000–$110,000 per year

What you will do

• Provide patient-centered, outcomes-based psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and families aged 12 and older.
• Complete treatment planning, clinical assessments, progress documentation, and EMR records.
• Lead support and psychoeducation groups and deliver mental health webinars and workshops.
• Collaborate with behavioral health and medical clinicians to coordinate integrated patient care.
• Address patients’ social needs and coordinate referrals for specialty care, hospitalization, and advanced psychiatric assessment and treatment.

Requirements

• Master’s-level licensed mental health clinician, such as an LPC, LPCC, LISW, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, PsyD, or PhD.
• If independently licensed status is in progress, obtain independent licensure within two years of hire.
• Required experience providing counseling and mental health services, including evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment.
• BLS certification or certification upon hire.
• Ability to apply critical thinking, exercise decisive judgment, work with minimal supervision, and collaborate within a multidisciplinary team.

Nice to have

• Two or more years of experience as an independently licensed behavioral health clinician.
• Experience using evidence-based treatments for anxiety, depression, PTSD, and other behavioral health disorders.
• Experience with behavioral interventions, critical incident event management, and case management.
