BIM Lead (Data Center)

What you will do

• Develop, implement and maintain the Project BIM Strategy, BIM Execution Plan and supporting BIM procedures.
• Translate client BIM requirements into model, data, workflow and deliverable requirements, including acceptance criteria and responsibility matrices.
• Lead model exchanges, federation, coordination meetings, workshops, reviews, clash management and BIM issue tracking.
• Coordinate design teams, contractors, specialist vendors, consultants and project stakeholders across design and construction stages.
• Review model and data quality, exchange requirements, construction-stage deliverables, scan-to-BIM inputs and as-built validation.
• Support 4D planning, handover, operational readiness and model-based close-out deliverables while escalating BIM risks and non-compliances.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Architecture.
• Minimum 8 years of industry experience.
• Experience leading or supporting BIM delivery in project management, construction management or client-side environments on medium- to large-scale projects.
• Proven experience preparing and maintaining BIM Execution Plans, strategies, procedures and related project documentation.
• Strong working knowledge of Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, Autodesk Forma and related BIM tools.
• Competence in model federation, clash management, model auditing, BIM quality assurance and issue management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across client, project management, design, construction and vendor teams.
• Strong leadership, organisation, decision-making and problem-solving skills, including the ability to manage competing priorities and escalate issues appropriately.
• Collaborative, self-motivated and committed to quality, consistency and continuous improvement.
