BIM Lead - Data Center (BIM/Data Centre): Leading BIM coordination, governance, and model-based delivery across the lifecycle of a large-scale data centre project with an accent on BIM execution planning, federated model coordination, data requirements, and quality assurance. Focus on managing design and construction-stage models, resolving clashes and information issues, coordinating contractors and vendors, and supporting 4D planning, scan-to-BIM verification, and model-based handover.

What you will do
- Develop and maintain the Project BIM Strategy, BIM Execution Plan, procedures, responsibility matrix, and governance framework.
- Translate client BIM requirements into model requirements, data requirements, workflows, deliverables, and acceptance criteria.
- Lead model federation, design and construction-stage coordination, clash management, model reviews, workshops, and issue tracking.
- Coordinate BIM models, data drops, exchanges, and deliverables from contractors, consultants, specialist vendors, and design teams.
- Monitor BIM compliance, model and data quality, coordination readiness, risks, blockers, and required decisions.
- Support 4D planning, point-cloud integration, scan-to-BIM workflows, as-built validation, asset information, and model-based handover.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Architecture.
- Minimum 8 years of industry experience, including BIM delivery on medium- to large-scale projects.
- Experience preparing and maintaining BIM Execution Plans, strategies, procedures, and project documentation.
- Strong working knowledge of Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, Autodesk Forma, model federation, clash management, model auditing, and BIM quality assurance.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, leadership, organisation, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Availability for a hybrid role in Antwerp-Haven, Belgium.
