What you will do
- Lead and develop a global hardware deployment team across the AirOps portfolio.
- Own end-to-end deployment strategy, planning, prioritization, resource allocation, and governance.
- Deliver complex airport hardware projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
- Manage delivery, technical, and operational risks, including cutover planning, testing, and production deployments.
- Act as the technical expert for hardware deployment solutions, airport systems, and electromechanical equipment.
- Partner with customers, Product, R&D, and operational teams to define requirements and improve delivery scalability and standardization.
Requirements
- University degree in Electromechanical Engineering, Hardware Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years of experience in the air transport industry.
- 10+ years of people management and senior leadership experience.
- Expertise in self-service, electromechanical, baggage handling, Auto Bag Drop, kiosk, biometric, and automation solutions.
- Knowledge of airport ecosystems, airline operations, airline IT systems, and software and hardware lifecycles.
- Excellent written and spoken English, project management accreditation, Health & Safety accreditation, and willingness to travel as required.
