Engineering Single Point of Contact (Power Generation)

Location: Lisbon, Portugal; hybrid remote/office work, with remote work permitted within Portugal. Travel required for on-site outage support.

What you will do

• Coordinate engineering activities as the primary technical contact across cross-functional teams and project managers.
• Plan, scope, and prepare maintenance and repair projects for gas turbines, steam turbines, and generators.
• Provide remote and on-site technical support during planned outages, troubleshoot field anomalies, and accelerate issue resolution.
• Identify technical business opportunities, including equipment upgrades and specialized technical solutions.
• Present technical topics, outage findings, and product updates to key customers.
• Collaborate with global engineering and service teams to maintain quality and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in an engineering or technical field; a Master's degree is preferred.
• Extensive professional experience in service engineering, power generation maintenance, or technical project support, with knowledge of gas turbines, steam turbines, and generators.
• Experience in outage planning, scoping, and technical troubleshooting.
• Strong cross-functional coordination, stakeholder management, customer focus, and technical presentation skills.
• Fluency in English.
• Willingness to travel for on-site outage support as required.
