What you will do

• Manage clients’ post-trade execution needs, including complex transaction requests, queries, and settlement.
• Provide operational risk management and oversight for equities sales and trading businesses.
• Develop workflows, systems, and controls across the trade lifecycle from trade capture through settlement.
• Coordinate change management with Technology, Operations, Business, and Securities Division teams.
• Identify and implement procedural improvements for reference data, efficiency, control infrastructure, and client experience.
• Guide and mentor junior Analyst and Associate team members.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of experience with working knowledge of clients’ post-trade execution, preferably in banking.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, stakeholder management, and client relationship-building skills.
• Control-focused, proactive, self-motivated, and accountable approach to work.
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Experience coordinating across Operations, Business, and Technology teams and handling complex transactions or high-priority client issues.
• Ability to align processing and controls with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and operational risk standards.
