What you will do

• Deliver timely analysis and commentary across equities, forex, indices, and commodities.
• Produce daily briefings, equity outlooks, and longer-term market thought pieces.
• Monitor economic data, central bank policy, geopolitical developments, and corporate earnings.
• Represent IG in tier-one media and build its profile as a trusted market commentator.
• Develop differentiated market commentary and collaborate with Content and Social Media teams on multi-format content.
• Provide market intelligence to Product, Trading, leadership, and other business teams.

Requirements

• Experience in financial markets analysis combined with media or content production.
• Demonstrated record of producing influential, high-quality market commentary.
• Deep working knowledge of equities, forex, indices, and commodities.
• Ability to explain complex, fast-moving market dynamics to retail and sophisticated trading audiences.
• Experience working with product, trading, or commercial teams to support business decisions.
• Leadership experience managing or mentoring analysts or content professionals.
